In the event that the client is not completely satisfied with their package, we provide 2 additional revisions for free. If the client chooses to terminate a project before production begins, we can provide you with a full refund. However, if they choose to terminate a project after the script stage begins, we will need to pay the team for their work. Once production begins, under no circumstances will HCI Assist Video give refunds of the amount paid for the services.
